You pick the touch points (saddle, bars, stem, pedals) and save a bunch of money in the process.  You can add upgrades like tubeless conversions, dropper posts, and whatever other accessories you'd like.  The bike comes to you door 95% assembled, having been built in our workshop in Vermont.
