We want to make sure you get the right gear for your build. Please review our guidelines regarding returns, eligibility, and refunds below.
30-Day Limit: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
As-New Condition Only: We only accept items in brand-new, uninstalled, and unused condition in the original, undamaged packaging. If an item has been mounted, installed, modified, or otherwise used, it’s yours and is no longer eligible for a return.
Return Shipping: Buyer (that’s you) is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Deductions: If your original order included a discount, promotion, or free shipping, the applicable discount or actual cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Before sending anything back, please contact us using our contact form to let us know you’d like to make a return. We’re also happy to help make sure the stuff you buy is a good fit before you buy it.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets the eligibility requirements above.
Eligible returns in pristine, resalable condition will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable deductions described above.
Items returned damaged, without their original packaging, modified, installed, or showing signs of use are not eligible for a refund.
