There's pristine swimming holes nearby (2.6mi), 3.6mi to Lake Saint Catherine State Park (swimming, fishing, boating, hot showers), 2.5mi to epic Slate Valley Trails mountain biking, Howe Hill trailhead hiking ( .4mi ), 70+ mile gravel road network begins with a left out of the driveway. Discover a rural Vermont treasure. Camp ground is basic, rustic, no frills. If you like tent camping but want to avoid crowded state parks, this is a good home base to explore the area.
