The other night we were discussing the various pros and cons of 80’s and 90’s bubble gum. We established that Bazooka Joe wasn’t funny, and that you needed at least 6 of them to get anywhere bubble-wise. Hubba Bubba bubble tape was an exercise in excessive packaging, and made you feel like you were a contractor whenever you broke it out and measured off some gum. Chewels / Freshen Up won points with that weird gushy center. I voted best gum to be either that clove gum that's like chewing cardboard, or big league chew, which gets you ready for a future addiction. Regardless, very few of these actually made good bubbles. You needed Dubble Bubble for that, oh those 30 glorious seconds of bubble flavor!

Big platform. Perfect pedals for gravel riding on smoothish gravel, long road rides, commuting, touring, that sort of thing. Not grippy like a Deity Black Kat, so keep these off the class 4 and mountain bike trails.
