The Fairweather top tube bag is made in Japan. Like most bike packing bags, its highly water resistant, but the seams are not taped. If you are in a deluge, use dry bags i for clothes or electronics. On bike packing trips, I love top tube bags. You can use your bottle cages still, preferable to drinking outta a hose. I put my water filter in the top tue bag, tent poles, and a couple few beers. A good top tube bag is stable, easy to open and close, and fairly quick to get on and off. The Fairweather bag hits all those marks, plus it’s very well made.
