White Industries makes the M30, G30 and R30 crank, as well as their Square Taper Cranks. All of them are in the same fam, just different q-factors. All of them feature big ole crank bolts and self extractors, which let you pull the cranks off with no tools. You need a pin spanner to install these, and some grease.
Grease anywhere metal will touch metal: crank threads for the extractor, bolt threads, inside of the extractor where the bolt will rub on the extractor.
