The Bull Thistle is a road bike for a different kind of road. Designed around 26 x 4.0 tires, the Bull Thistle your go-to super bad roads, bad weather bike. With a classic road bike style swirled with Tanglefoot's signature TangleFit, your bike can finally look good and feel good!

The Bull Thistle is semi-lugged with a custom designed and CNC machined fork crown. As spindly as this bike may look, it's beefy enough for Vermont's unmaintained class 4 roads in winter.

Rip the gutters off your house--Honjo style-- and make some custom fenders, and the Bull Thistle becomes the perfect winter commuter. 1x specific, with semi-internal routing on the shift housing and full-length, full internal brake housing. Fat bike spacing with thru axels. 1" threaded steerer, pairs nicely with any of the Discord Components quill stems

Currently all Bull Thistle framesets are made to order in Massachusetts by Alex Meade of Alex Meade Bikeworks. He’s a one person show. They are custom painted by Hot Tubes, a two person show, also in Mass. Pricing depends on paint. We reserve the right to nix wacky paint jobs.
