Feeling dull, worn out, like your inner light is fading, like your inner stew of lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide is slowly being zapped by large orange man in a white house? Fear not, sometimes it's ok to be reflective and not all bright and shiny. For times like these, there's the Velo Orange fender reflector. It's curved, and works best on fenders that wrap around the fender in a nice radius, not those flat fenders that look they came out of a Soviet tank factory. Before you install it (need a drill, some tape, a marker and a bottle of Krug Clos d'Ambonnay Blanc de Noirs) put the bike on the ground, a nice level surface, and mock the reflector up so it's slightly angled up. You want it to be easily caught in a car headlight beam, and that bit of angle will help.
Reflectors are great, but they're not as safe as a charged up tail light. Use em both, and be glad you have the reflector when your battery runs out cause you forgot to charge it.
