The reference bicycle touring rear rack. Steel, strong as Uncle Lester's breath, made in Germany. There are only two pannier rear rack makers that I would personally trust on very difficult and long tours. Tubus and Nitto. The Tubus is a bit lighter and likely a bit stronger. There's more triangulation than a Nitto so it's stiff.
Powder coated for durability. Adjustable aluminum struts to mount to the rack eyelets on the upper part of your seat stays. Not compatible with disc brakes that are seat stay mounted. Will work with most chainstay mount disc brake bikes.
The second rail is for the panniers. The upper rail / platform is to strap stuff to, like a stuff sack or a basket.
Works with rear hub spacing from 130mm to 142mm. Not for boost frames. Not for fat bikes.
Compatible with wheel sizes between 26" (non fat bike) and 700c x 50mm (with no fenders, assuming the eyelets are right at the drop out. On a Tanglefoot Hardtack you could run fenders and the rack, as the eyelets sit 15mm higher than the drop out.
Comes with mounting hardware, stays.
Weight: 800 grams
Capacity: 57 lbs.
