One pair of two sided bolts with acorn nuts. Made by Nitto to mount an M-12 style rack or Nitto cantilever rack stay to a front or rear linear pull or cantilever style brake. These will not work with a brake like a Paul brake, where the spring is in front of the brake, not behind it. But they'll work with most Dia-compe, Shimano, Mafac, Avid shorty, Tektro, Spooky, etc, brakes. Apply some beeswax to the thread before you install. You need these adapters, if you just use the stock mounting bolt on the brake, the brake bolt will loosen over time, and possibly fall out. This Nitto bolt isolates the brake mounting bolt from the twisting of the rack. Clever! Still check em occasionally, all bolts and nuts like to loosen up.
