Waxed Canvas saddle cover. Perfect for covering any saddle that you want to keep dry. Leather saddles need this, the leather will be ruined if you ride them after a trip to the swimming hole, or through a long rain storm. Also important to cover most saddles for road trips where the bike spends a bunch of time on the back of a car. Rain storms, salt, all that stuff are not good for a saddle.

Off-center-cinch-pull technology (OCCP), which isn't trademarked or registered and we're not sure if it makes a difference or not. But it looks good, the cord doesn't dangle straight down into tire-territory, and isn't really long enough to be an issue anyway.
The pull tab is leather so it won't break if you step on it or accidentally shut it in a door, or have a critter that's fond of noshing on your plastic-y things.
A note on saddle cover fit. Fifth Season saddle covers have a weird slightly baggy fit at first. All you have to do is ride with the saddle cover on a few times, and it will form fit to the saddle. Magic. Don't be bummed on the baggy at first situation!
