I am always bummed when I hear words like bang for the buck, or value, or great for the price. This is just a good wheelset. It happens to be affordable, yay! I, James, ride three versions of this wheelset on 2 of my bikes. It's tough. It's pretty light. It's serviceable. They look really really good. The finish on the hubs and rims is top tier.
What's the rub? There's two things to be aware of. One: Aluminum axles in the hubs, especially the rear hub. Not ideal for larger riders who are hard on equipment. Two. Aluminum freehub body. That's light, which is nice, but if you are using a cheap cassette, it can eat into the freehub body and make it hard to remove the cassette down the road. Avoid by using nicer cassettes with aluminum spiders for the largest cogs. The hubs are serviceable, but they're a bit harder to service than Bitex or White Industries. You don't need special tools, but they require more ooomf to get into.
The Rollcii MTA30 rims are basically Taiwanese Velocity Blunt 35's. I like them, they're about the same weight, same shape, but they have eyelets, which is a nice feature! Great for tires up to 3" wide and down to about 1.9".
Analog built wheels are built by Mark, who has been building wheels since the mid 1980's, and checked over by James who has been building wheels since 2000 or so.

We will bill you for the difference, or refund you, after we build, box, and weigh the wheels. Wheels will be shipped in about 2 weeks, after they work through Mark's build queue.

Rollcii 6 bolt hubs, 12mm x 100mm front axle, 12mm x 142mm rear axle. Shimano Hyperglide Freehub Body for up to 11 speeds. 158 grams for the front hub, 288 for the rear. That's pretty light!

Rollcii MTA30 rims, 35mm external width, roughly 30mm inner width. 498 grams for 650b, 528 grams for 29". Tire range: 1.9" to 3" aka 50mm to 75mm.
