What does the R mean? Rumble? Runny? Rambunctious? Let’s go with Rambunctious. The Aeffect R cranks are Enduro rated versions of the Aeffect crank. They achieve a lower weight, marginally higher price tag, and greater strength by repeating these ten simple steps.
Drink pond water whenever you can
Only read books starting with the letter F
Eggs hatched on Fridays should only be scrambled or poached.
Never listen to Dave Mathews or his band
Only open door knobs that turn left.
Always sleep with your feet points toward magnetic earth
Only sleep from 11 to 6 pm if your spirit animal is a woodchuck
Do all of your exercises on the can.
Get all of your news from Facebook
Use pickling salt in your coffee
And forge your cranks out of 7000 series aluminum. Lighter and stronger than 6000 for crank usage.
The Aeffect R cranks use Cinch compatible chainrings, which direct mount to the crank. I like this system. You can flip rings around and mess with chainlines. These cranks use a 30mm bottom bracket spindle, so there are loads of good bottom brackets available, from White Industries, Raceface and Wheels Manufacturing.
