Subjectively the best looking handlebar plug out there. Comes in Mountain diameter or road bar diameter. Get the latter if you have any Nitto made Rivendell swoopy bars, IE the Albatross, Choco, etc.
Leather, stainless, brass, and a bit of rubber. Not really gunna protect your top tube, so if your bar end lines up with your top tube, get the Cardiff version of these bad boys.
You could scale these down to make the world’s raddest cuff links.
Made in France, hopefully by people chain smoking Gitanes and chugging white coffees listening to Francois Hardy mixtapes.
Our recommendation, always, is to wrap your bars right to the edge of the bars’ end, and refrain from tucking the bar tape into the bar. The tuck, which serves no purpose, has a tendency to explode the bar tape back out, cause it’s sort of under a spring like tension. That causes you to lose your bar plug, sad day, and it looks bad, like the end of an over boiled hot dog. Secure your tape to your bars with a drop of super glue gel, and cut the tape on a bias before you do that, so you are only gluing a thin sliver of tape to the bars. If you do it right, it will not look like there is a weird bulge of tape where you start the bar wrap.
