Have you ever thought, damn this coffee would taste better if I looked good while I made it? If the answer is yes, every cup should be a ‘gramable moment, then you need the Snow Peak Field Barista coffee grinder. Stainless steel, wood knobby thing from a sacred forest, ceramic burrs that will never leave you out in the cold (see what I did there?), all of which says, subtly but firmly: this coffee moment is worthy. Nevermind that your coffee is ‘espresso’ roast (not a thing) and that you are inexplicably wearing highwaters in autumn with no water around, and ignore the cropped out family on the next rock over having a meltdown because Suzi’s tamagotchi died. This is your moment. Your glory. Grind away.
Adjustable burrs. Will essentially never need sharpened. Made by Snow Peak in Japan, so you know it’s as good a thing as is possible. Grinds up to 30g of coffee at a time, yielding 510 grams of coffee water juice if using a V60 or similar device. That’s plenty for one thirsty person and fine to split if you are not a greedy American.
Folds. Very minimalistic. Agnes Martin approved.
