SKS plastic fender adjustments come to mind, old school canti adjustments. It’s handy, just don’t use it all the time. This one is made by Unior, in the Czech Republic, and it’s nice in that it has replaceable sockets, in case one wears out. It won’t but if it does, you can replace it.
