Cush Core Tire Inserts 27.5+ Pair

If you ride hard, like maniacs do, and ya ride in the rocks, you have probably bottomed out your rim and given it a nice ole ding.  

There are many a tire insert on the market right now, but the most burly, supportive, run with a flat if you have to, difficult to mount but worth it, are these Cush Core tire inserts.  Mounting them is sort of like wrestling a greased pot belly pig full of amphetamines.  It’s not quite that bad.  It’s more like trying to convince a friend who likes heavy music to listen to a band called Flower Travellin' Band.  If you are patient, you get them to  listen, and they’re like, holy underwear, that is heavy!  

Once the cush core is mounted, it supports about half of the sidewall, so even at really low pressures, the tire doesn’t feel like it’s gunna roll off.  You can also run flat for a while, if you need to.  Not ideal, but it will work.  Your rim will be fine, even in rocks.  

All of this comes at a bit of a weight penalty, but if you are the sort that dings rims and rides hard, it’s a worthy penalty.  About 200 grams.  Sorta the same weight as running a tube, if you remember those.  Comes with specific tire insert valve cores.  Works with any sealant that we know of.
