Crane Bell E-ne

Color:Polished Copper

Crane makes a bell called the E-ne. Ene is Danish for one, a number that only applies if it’s a cherry danish. The bell is a blatant rip off of the Spurcycles bell, but instead of coming in only black or silver, it also comes in copper, brass, a weird dark brown and a green only suitable for Celtics fans or Lucky Charms enthusiasts.

We like these because bells should cost less than tires, plus the Ene bell looks good in a minimalistic kind of way. It’s a good match for go fast bikes, mountain bikes in catamount country, or fastening to the side of your Le Courbusier LC1, 'cause you gotta let ‘em know when you need your gin and tonic freshened up.

Fit it to road bars, mountain bars, or your quill stem. Mildly tricky install as the directions are all in Japanese and there are no pictures, but you’ll figure it out after the second cup of coffee.

Made in Osaka, where the Bunraku never stops.
